Fundraising in London

Lucy van Dijk  [photo] writes, ‘My sister & I completed the Adidas Women's 5km Challenge in London's Hyde Park 7th September in a personal best of 42 minutes. I'm terribly unfit & my sister Sally has a knee condition so I was frankly amazed that I made it!

I raised £162 & decided to split it equally between Action overseas & Breast Cancer Campaign - a charity close to my heart as I lost my mother to the disease when I was 7 years old. I was given great support from The Living Well Church, Whitfield and my friends & family, so, I am very thankful for them all’.
